We were taken in by this scam, as well. Nature's Acai is basically stealing our money. Whom do we have to contact in order to start a class action against this type of activity? He noticed 3 charges on his credit card statement: 4.99 for the trial, 79.95 for the "balance" of the amount due, and 29.95 from SelfHelpFFCom, which is a related company.
