I cancelled a Nov 30, 08 EVA business class return flight to Asia, weeks ahead of time, through my travel agency in Thailand, who said that I would get a refund of some sort... Well, they apparently are getting the runaround as well and it is now 4 months later... Apparently EVA Air, being Chinese, never gives money back once they have it. read full review »
