I was tempted by an advertisement to try the Acai Berry for free (only for shipping and handling) and recieved a "gift wrap, " just to find out now that i am being charged about $80 because I did not return the product within 14 days. I have been trying to call the telephone number given above but they keep me on the line and no one answers so there is no way to cancel the order. Can you help?
