Unsatisfactory and unprofessional customer service. Horrible expierence with stylist regarding the haircut I received (It was NOT what I asked for or intended at all, whatsoever) Stylist seemed like I was bothering her on her break or something, Made no attempt in speaking to me or asking any of the normal questions a stylist would ask the client.
