Nature's Acai Berry, Ultra Slim XS, Pomclear, and AcaiPure all share the same practices. Charge ridiculuous amounts of money for a product that can be purchased at Walgreen's for $11.95. I have cancelled the debit card I used for these companies. I am starting with dispute charges at my bank and if the monies are not returned, I will file a police report for fraud. The fine print is suppose to be a disclaimer for the product itself, not a statement that more money will be charged if you don't cancel the trial. And for those who... read full review »

I apparently ordered the product on March 3, 2009. The $1.99 was debited on the 5th. I called on the 20th (at 2am when I got home from work) and saw the charge on my account. The first CSR said that since the order was placed on 03-03 that I should have cancelled by the 17th because I only had 14 days. I had a lively discussion with her for approximately 10 minutes.
