I have received two billings for $94.89. Both charges in March of 2009. I called the company (IDS Grants) yesterday (3-19-09) at approx 1:00 PM and the second time at 1:45 Pm. I complained to them that I did not know who they were and was not responsible for the these charges. I was told that they would send me an e-mail requesting a refund. The first e-mail never arrived and the same thing happened the second time. In both cases I was told that the e-mail would arrive within 5 minutes. This never occured.
