I've only had my account for two months, and Charter has already sent me a cut off notice - although I don't have a past due balance. They made me pay my first month of services in advance, so that should have covered my first bill and now they are ALREADY billing for next months service - with a notice that I could be disconnected if I don't pay a bill thats not even due yet!!! This is crazy, and when I called customer service their representative said that they always bill in advance and I can disregard the disconnect... read full review »
