I received my DVDs within a month of ordering them, but when I started to watch the series I realized that I was missing about 6 DVDs per season. They only sent me one DVD of each season and that only covered 4-5 episodes (where the store bought set had 7 DVDs/season). I cannot get a hold of anyone about getting the missing DVDs or returning the ones I have for a refund. This is very upsetting, especially since i am part way through season one and want to continue.
