I have purchased Aquaguard Total Sensa RO water purifier on 9.2.2009 from Belgaum office salesman. The tap is defective and it has come out. I have complained to Belgaum office, who had promised me immediate service. Now they are telling me to contact Hubli office. Hubli office fellow says he will send service personnel after two days. I have contacted the sales man on his mobile phone, he also assures but no results. I need immediare replacement of the water purifier.
