I started service on June 30th, 2011 with Metro PCS and prepaid mobile service at that time for 30 days. I also purchased the same day Samsung 4 G phone for 299.00. During that time I was not able to use the phone since the communication was muffled. I was told I had to drive 30 miles north to a corporate office for Metro PCS. They checked the phone and confirmed that the speaker was broken and gave me a new phone.
