I am sadden to see that I am one of many who have experienced Chase's HORRIBLE customer service. My WaMu card switched their customers over to Chase and I have had nothing but problems with their customer service since then. You always get the same response.."I am sorry, but there is nothing I can do for you"..over & over again, no matter who you talk to. Who in this company CAN actually do something?!! read full review »
