I want to cancel my subscription as I am closing my credit card. I am unable to reach the company to inform them of my wishes, I went on their website and followed the instructions to have them send my user ID. No communication from the company. I have not been able to contact their business office as no links exist on the website. It is important to me as the credit card they are charging is raising my interest rate( that is another complaint ) and if the automatic charge keeps on I will not be able to lock in my current rate and it will become a nightmare. read full review »
