We had to wait 35 minutes to get our bill, even though we asked both the server and the manager to get it to us. A complaint filed online with the restaurant yielded not even so much as a "sorry." It wasn't our first bad experience at Applebee's but I think it will be our last because we don't intend to return. They don't seem to realize that a little customer service can go a long way. read full review »
