I had been with LA fitness for over 6 years. I have been on a pre-paid yearly plan for about 4 years. At the time I switched to the pre-paid plan, the representative informed me that I would get one extra month free. I was also informed that I could still cancel at any time like a monthly plan. Now, after 4 calls and going into the LA fitness over a 4 week period, I still have not been able to cancel. Unfortunately, LA fitness will not let you cancel on the internet.
