I rented a dvd through there online site to pickup. I picked it up at the machine and returned the movie the next day before the return time posted. I got double charged according to their customer service agent named "Joy" because I failed to press the online pickup button on the screen and instead pressed the rent a movie button. They are refusing to refund the extra rental fee. "Joy" was rude and combative. Refused to let me speak with her supervisor after 2 calls. Worst company ever! read full review »
