Purchased two "Magnavox" digital TV to analog TV converter boxes on 9/17/2008. One worked (and still does); other didn't work right out of the box. Called number on back of unit; learned unit is actually a Funai model TB110MW9. Convinced Funai unit was defective. Got prepaid return mailer, sent unit back with promise of replacement unit in 8 to 10 weeks. Waited until January 2009, had heard nothing.
