My first experience with these people was a letter from Monterey financial Svcs to collect the sum of $203.70 on behalf of Consumer auto rewards. When I spoke to them they told me I owed this money from signing up online to participate in their rewards program. They charged me $29.99 to start and $28.95 each month after.
