This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. Mr. Fasihi and his team are the worst to do business with. They first sell you items as a collection that do not fit together then claim they will fix the problem or issue a refund. When the requests for refunds goes over to a Shannon A. she changes the approval and brings up all sorts of excuses to not refund me or correct the problem.
