my son missed his flight then i rebooked in the uk using my card the lady at the time said my son could either pay in pakistan or i could make the payment so i did as it was easier when he got to the airport he had to payanother £100 so this was done twicw now and that staff member said he could get the payment refunded bnack in the uk from emirates. now they are refusing the paying up and ging all diffrent excuses not to pay up, im disgusted with such a big airline name they cant refund £100 wont be using then again does anyone know what i can do next. read full review »
