I thought I would share something that has happened twice with Blockbuster online in the last 2 years and something that Blockbuster seems ill equipped to fix. If you attempt to rent a movie from Blockbuster's online service that has an identical name as another (unrelated) title you will run the risk of getting the wrong movie.
