I placed an order through their website last June for 2 items, one item was a pair of Ugg boots priced at $138 and the other was a Chloe bag at $399, I received the boots but not the bag, despite being charged for the 2. I have tried to cantact them by email with no reply to any of them and also their phoneline which is now cut off. read full review »
