CANCELLING YOUR CREDIT CARD IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!! I ordered the "Not so Free" trial in January. After I received the trial (full 1 month supply) I read the small amount of information that came with the bottle and called the only number I could find. I was left on hold for 45 minutes then disconnected, then left on hold for 30 minutes and finally got to talk to someone from India that took even more information from me before telling me their system was down and that I would need to call back and cancel.
