I'm not sure when or where an agreement was made for them to charge me but I found many people having the same problems. It seems that when you purchase something online you are given a discount which, when you agree to their terms, gives them the legal right to charge you even though you are not using their services. I had to cancel my credit card because they would not answer any calls and can not be contacted. read full review »
