Ordered FREE trial bottle, paid s&h, cancelled order within 30 day "free" trial time period and was still billed $48.99. Later told trial bottle should have been sent back within 14 days - impossible and no return address with package. Did receive confirmation of cancellation but that did not stop billing. HELP.
