This complaint is regarding a deposit that was made on Friday, June 17 at 17:51 PDT. My wife went to the local branch to make two separate deposits in the drive thru window. The first deposit went through fine in the amount of $75.00 into account ending 0341. The second was in the amount of $200.00 into account ending 1399. My wife still has the receipts as proof of the deposits. Later that day we checked the accounts online and noticed the deposit in the amount of $200.00 was not shown.
