I am a fairly new user of Cricket Broadband internet service, about 1 1/2 months. It continually disconnects itself on a regular basis. It takes a long time to get back online after it disconnects. It is next to impossible to get a hold of a company representative on the phone; everything is automated. I paid my bill (on time) with my credit card at a Cricket company store and the payment is still not posted on my account online and it has been a more than enough time for it to post. Not very happy so far with the lack of customer service. read full review »
