After reading similar complaints, I went to the www.naturalacaiberry.com website and read the terms and conditions which I did not read at the time I ordered the free sample. It does state that if you do not contact them within 21 days, they will send you another shipment and charge you 69.95 (a 20%) discount. You are also given two phone numbers 800-278-3620 and 866-376-1465 that you can call to cancel your membership to the weight loss club that you automatically joined if you did not notify the company within 21 days.
