There is literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by Tiger Airways. There are no offices/branches information in the web site. There is only one call center number provided, which is always continously engaged, which leads to suspicion if the line is active or some one has just kept the phone on. Im unable to get the line itself for the past TWO days. Today I was able to get the line but literally had to wait for more than 30 minutes only to lose patience and cut the telephone.
