I signed up with IMS in 2001 when they offered me lower rates and have had my troubles with them more than once. Not wanting to go through the trouble of changing merchant services I hung it out but this last one did it. I had a chargeback, sent them everything showing the sale was legitimate, I even called the customer to verify the sale. I get a letter back saying I had to go into aberration at the cost of $250.00.
