I purchased a BD-P1500 blu-ray player. I also purchased the movie Australia. The player would not recognize it until I downloaded new firmware software and updated it. Fine. I subsequently purchased Quantum of Solace and the player did not recognize it, despite the fact I have the latest firmware updated. Samsung tells me I have to wait for future firmware updates, yet they cannot confirm whether it will correct the problem, nor can they tell me when the update will be available.
