Dear Sir, We have requested to increase the frequency of the buses but from the last 1 month the frequency has been decreased than before.There is no single bus between 6-7 p.m. If there is an traffic problem other buses are available from filter pada at the same time with no. of frequency but only 421 is getting the problem of traffic or what.
