Never finance a vehicle through this company. The first problem occured last year when they took a payment out of our Wells Fargo account, but never gave us credit for it. I was always told the matter was under review. I provided documentation by fax. They could not find it. I faxed again. Under review I was told. That was a lie. They had no one reviewing the matter.
