not only did it take forever for the items to arrive. and even if you email and they keep telling you that they will do their best, it arrives after a month. not only does the items don't work out of the box, they won't believe you and after weeks, finally tells you to return it. i repeatedly stated i do not want it back anymore. i understand they say no return, but IT DID NOT WORK when it first arrives. and these are presents for my kids. they were so disappointed, we had to get them something else. now after we have paid for the... read full review »
