Originally ordered product in November 2008. I did receive product and then was billed full price. There was NO free sample as advertised (false advertising). I called to cancel and was told I had 10 days from date of order to cancel. I asked how I was supposed to cancel an order I had not even rec'd. or tried product. They agreed to refund my acct.
