Sir, I have made a transactions through my visa card (Centurion Bank Of Punjab) no. 4443 4101 0011 9021 on 2/01/2009, for hotel booking with amount 13443.69 INR. But the merchant has terminated the service and stated in the mail about the reufund procedure soon. Its already 1 month, and still no refund is given. and the merchant is not replying any of my mails as well my phone calls. So please help me out in this matter to take the refund soon.
