World Book Direct Marketing sends a bogus collection letter through Eastern Collection Corp. It is my understanding that World Book is based in Chicago, but they want the bill to be sent to this mailing address...PO BOX 856270, Louisville, Kentucky 40285-6270. The customer service phone number is listed as 1-888-626-5362. We recieved a bill for over $3, 000 dollars! Beware of this scam!
