American Express boasts fraud protection. Have a bad charge, they'll take care of it right?? Nope. I entered into a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked service earlier this year. When I requested my refund the company refused. I tried 5 times to no avail. I then disputed the charge and provided AMEX with extensive documentation in emails and web site proving my claims.
