today 1/19/2011 completed my business 2010 taxes in 3 weeks and now Turbo Tax has lost all records of it. I used them 5 years now and they say I only signed up for the service today 1/19/2010. They have absolutely no records of my returns and act like I just started the 2010 return today.. Funny how they charged me $121.00 last december 2010 for it. If they can't keep your records safe how can you even trust them with their security. You can't even call them about it. I used to reccomend them but never again.
