I subscribed and paid for (via Paypal) a one year subscription to Ghost Magazine on October 15, 2008. After not receiving any issues or acknowlegements by December, I attempted to contact Zilcom via e-mail and telephone many times leaving voice messages and e-mails. I never received a response from anyone. My next step was to report the incident to Paypal by filing a dispute.
