I bought my NEC Versa E6300 in Singapore during at an IT show in March 2009. Now the cap of letter 'H' is detached (loose) from the keyboard. Initially I can fix it back to the latching mechanism by myself, but after a few times, the latch on the cap is broken. I detected this problem in early September and as I am moving to Australia, I did not contact them immediately. I did send an repair request by email in October when I was in Perth.
