I have had two terrible experiences with this company. Several months ago we booked a three bedroom condo with them for $99 which was a great deal or so I thought. When we were almost 30 minutes from the hotel, they called and told us that the hotel no longer had that room available and they would have to find us another hotel so we sat and waited in a parking lot with 5 children crying until they found us another room for a comparable price.
