I purchased this product on Dec 1, 2008. I agreed to a charge of $3.88 at that time, with the understanding that I should expect a package in mail and that, I had 7 business days following that to determine if I would like to retain it or not. I was shocked to see an additional charge of $72.21 from google tree on the 8th of December. I did not receive any package by mail. This is a blatant fraud and these guys should not be allowed to continue in business. read full review »
