I own an Intel DP35DP motherboard. It was having problems with the RAID controller but other than that the board was working fine. I called intel tech support and was asked to send the motherboard to penang (malaysia) because it will be replaced. A prepaid airwaybill and documentation arrived after several days so that I can package my motherboard to penang.
