I filed an rebate form for $10.00 and approved. But when the rebate check came, it came with other half torn, which supposedly to contain the rebate. I only got the cover. I know this complaint should be filed against USPS. But I am reporting their idiotic POST CARD DESIGN. "REBATE ENCLOSED". on the mail cover!!! also on their address it is said something like 'REBATE PROCESSING' They are just asking for thieves to steal it. read full review »
