I ordered a desktop computer from blue hippo in march of 08. In a verbal contract i stated that i would make all payments on time and send all paper work in completed (in which i did) In their portion of the contract they stated that after 6 initial payments were met and all paperwork was signed and returned they would send out a new dell desktop. The computer should have been shipped in August 08. At present March of 09 I still have not received the computer.
