A very friendly young man came to our door and sold me a magazine subscription. I paid partly in cash and the rest by check. The receipt said delivery should begin in 120 days. That was July of 08. By January of 09 I still hadn't received anything. I emailed customer service (because I couldn't get through on the phone).
