I closed my account with Washington Mutual over a year ago. When I did, they told me that my 'Rewards' money - the money you earn whenever you use their stupid credit card - would be refunded back to me on the anniversary date of my opening the account, and I would have to wait a few months. We rented a movie - ONE movie - on Friday March 20th in the evening. It was "Hancock." We returned the movie - the ONE movie - to the SAME Redbox on the NEXT DAY - this being MARCH 21st - at approximately 1:30pm. YESTERDAY, on March 29th, I got a charge on my credit card for $8.66!
