After reading all this I don't feel quite as stupid as I did at first...that must make us all feel better somehow. I also have not received any product and keep getting unauthorized debits of 38.41-- I called the cancellation # 888-541-0915 had it cancelled, of course, and argued for a refund- the response was that they were back ordered of the product and I got an email explaining this...right.
