I started trying to call this company within a week of recieving this product to return it you must notify them and get a RMA number but they only place you on hold for long periods of time and after a hour or more they disconnect you. I am disputing this claim with my credit card co and have had to cancel my card on account of this. This should be against the law for people to scam like this and a scam it is.
