I am an Assistant Manager at store #2986. I have worked with the company for almost 8 years and truly enjoy my job. But about 1 year ago I was transfered to the Summit store where Mr. Mike Hill is the manager. I am a black female and has worked my way up in the company and am very proud of my accomplkishments. Since being at this store, Mr. Hill has on several occasions complained and not been satisified with anything that I do.
